EBONY

Ebony was a sweet elderly Alaskan Husky that was adopted by Barking Brook in our infancy...we were 4 cute puppies who loved harnesses and to go go go...but didn't know anything more! We needed a LEADER! Sweet Ebony we adopted right at the Tamworth Race. She quickly whipped the team into shape, and our legacy of Ebony conintues, as Nikka continues to lead in the style that Ebony tought her. Because of pressure from the previous co-owner of the kennel, Ebony had to be placed out. Again, Ebony's legacy lives on in the form of a special friend, Linda Story, who adopted her from me. I left Ebony at Linda's nice home, and Linda sent me home with my first rig. Many miles later, to complete the circle, when my first puppies were born I gave one to Linda (Emma from Anuk's litter). I have many opportunites to cherish memories of Ebony, and to be thankful.
