**BLANCHE**

Alkas'iber's Snow White

Blanche came to live with me the winter of 01-02 and quickly made herself invaluable as a leader and a playful influence in my kennel. Her love of running spread around her and she raised the tempo and pace for my team. She was a gift in so many ways, and still is. I am grateful to have her spirit with me! She has since slowed down, and insisted at precarious moments that I figure it out...and I have. I thank her for showing me how "it should really be done" and then making sure I figured out who also was made of the right stuff.

Blanche has now transitioned from being a key team member, to a recreational team member to a house puppy. She spent time guiding and coaching and now is a dedicated snuggle dog. She's a wonderful puppy nanny and recently showed an interest in baby humans too. Sorry Blanche, we aren't getting any of those....

Blanche is a lovely dog with a sweetness that catches you in the heart. She is very senstive, beautiful and loyal. She remembers and loves the Kelim twins, whom she has known all her life, and everytime they come over she greats them with the greatest enthusiasm. Her other previous owners, the Kiana Siberian humans: Scott and Corina also get the same greeting. She has moved around a bit, but seems to have great love in her heart for her friends. She has a lot of love to give, and wisdom too.

Skijor/Snow Shoe Trip winter 2003. We are out packing a trecherous washed out snowmobile trail working on a detour trail...too many ducks not in a row on our old trail.

Same as above...she is so pretty. The most beaustiful husky in the world.

Cardigan Mtn is in those peaks behind. And the funny thing about the harness is that I bought her two more sizes...each smaller, but she eventually "fluffed" into this red one.

Here is a picture of Blanche at the '02 YSHC Match. She was like a glamorous star who allowed me to guide her around. She won her class hands down!
